Meet the Track Chairs

The annual eduWeb Digital Summit is almost here! Meet this year’s track chairs below.

Alexandra Simone, Social Media Strategist and Content Manager, Ramapo College of New Jersey: “This year I think we’ll see the following trends discussed: smart tools to utilize as admins/brands, how to incorporate live content into your strategy, tapping into resources already found on campus, and the newest features of the top-performing platforms.” Read more.

Conny Liegl, Senior Designer for User Experience, Web, and Graphics, Cal Poly State University: “The Content and Email Marketing track is all about engaging your audience with relatable content.” Read more.

 

Eric Clark, Director of Admissions at Quincy College: “Practitioners, specifically those in higher education, are always coming up with innovative ways to leverage cutting edge technology. Assessment, engagement, and content creation are just a sampling of what attendees can expect from the track.” Read more.

Jason Boucher, Social Media Manager, The University of New Hampshire: “I expect to see websites built to adapt to the display of the user, no matter if they’re on a desktop, tablet, or mobile device. Statistics show mobile has surpassed the desktop computer for web searches and opening emails, but those stats don’t include social media, which according to Marketing Land, nearly 80 percent of social media time is now spent on mobile devices.” Read more.

Jackie Vetrano, Social Media Coordinator, Skidmore College: “I’m so excited for this track because it’s got something for everyone. Presenters are going to look at data in a new way and also discuss how data analysis can benefit (and be implemented by) an entire institution.
